B2B SaaS Marketing Manager

Motionlab is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Brno. The right candidate will be technologically oriented, data-driven, self-starter and marketing bullshit intolerant.


You should possess lead generation skills and have experience in managing results-oriented campaigns. You will have overview above paid advertising, email marketing, peer-to-peer B2B review platforms (G2, Captera etc.) LinkedIn and content creation. That doesn’t mean you have to know everything but you will try and evaluate a lot of different acquisition activities very quickly. Sometimes by yourself, sometimes with other team members. Therefore we are looking for a team player who is also able to work independently and to learn fast.


What You Will Do:

  • Create and manage campaigns for demand generation and user acquisition in corporate B2B

  • Handle account-based marketing tactics

  • Launch and evaluate different test campaigns quickly

  • Measure and evaluate metrics that matter

  • Manage budgets, timelines, resources, processes and technologies that meet company goals for pipeline growth

  • Cooperation with team members and freelance experts

  • Publishing new content to our owned sites

  • Utilizing ASANA (project management tool) to make sure the job will get done, so we can win against our monthly goals

  • Manage requirements for martech stack - with our sales/marketing operations team manage requirements and outputs from our stack including ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, own media, personalization and more.


Skills & Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience working in B2B marketing with a focus on demand & lead generation

  • Demonstrated a high performance, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Great in marketing automation, demand generation, lead nurturing and content creation and execution

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using events, live webinars, content and digital advertising

  • Budgetary and fiscal responsibility

  • Experience with ActiveCampaign (or similar), Google Analytics, PPC

  • Experience with ABM tools like Outreach, Predictive Analytics

  • Great English (native is a benefit)

  • Approach to come up with unusual and untested marketing tactics
